All your vehicles shall be equipped with a small "Intelligent Box" called a TSR Tracer. This TSR Tracer collects information by means of a GPRS receiver and for example the car auto-electronics. The TSR Tracer with an antenna will be build into your vehicle and/or vessel invisable.
The TSR Tracer communicates with the central database of TSR Fleet Control by means of a mobile netwerk provides by any secure provider (by means of GSM/GPRS). The central database we have placed in a reliable and secure data centre. In this data centre the data of your properties (status and position) are couples to detailed route cards and/or maps. With you personal login and password, you can approach the data and reports easily on any PC with an Internet connection.
The standard TSR Fleet Control implementation includes a very complete recording parcel. There are however several possibilities for extension.

 A (mobile) computer and a reliable Internet connection are everything you need to use TSR Fleet Control. When you require "real time" information we recommend you to use a broadband Internet (ADSL or cable) connection.
For installing the TSR Tracer we have set up a network of Specialised Installation Partners and oure own TSR mechanical support. They can advise you regarding accessories, terminal equipment and/or other requirements and wishes.

The costs of a TSR Fleet Control system are build up of a fixed one-off investment for the Tracer and a monthly contribution/subscription. The one-off investment includes the purchase, the installation and the activation of the TSR Tracer.
The monthly contribution/subscription exists of a number of components:
•    Communication costs: The Tracer uses a mobile network of a provider to forward the data to the central database of TSR Fleet Control.   
•    Costs for the use of the application: With a personal login and password a user can get information about the vehicles and/or vessels which are equipped with a tracer on the internet site of TSR Fleet Control.
•    Costs for maintenance and management: TSR Fleet Control stores and maintains all information in its protected database for minimal 12 months.
Moreover TSR Fleet Control ensures an optimal accessibility of the application, keeps material up-to-date and remedies a possible jamming on distance .
